A drink created by Colin Field, Chief Barman in the Bar Hemingway of the Ritz Hotel in Paris.
According to him, this cocktail is "France in a glass", that we can translate by "happy coincidence".

In a "trumbler" glass, slightly crush a sprig of fresh mint with a teaspoon of sugar.
Add 1/10 Calvados Fine Pierre Huet, 3/10 of apple juice and 4 ice cubes.
Fill with Champagne. Stir carefully and serve !
APPLE MOJITO WITH POIRE
1 cl lime juice
1 cl white cane sugar syrup
4 cl of Calvados Fine Pierre Huet
8 cl of Poiré
A few mint leaves
Crushed ice
Mix all ingredients and taste it fresh !
DRAKKAR ROUGE
4 cl Calvados
3 cl Mangalore
1 cl grenadine
6 cl passion fruit nectar
Ice cubes
Mix all ingredients in a shaker and serve fresh.
CALVADOS TONIC
3 cl Calvados
7 cl Tonic
Ice cubes
Mix all ingredients in a long-drink glass
and taste very fresh.
CARADOS
4 cl Calvados
2 cl caramel liqueur
8 cl cranberry juice
1 cl grapefruit juice
Ice cubes
Mix in a shaker and server very fresh.
